About me
Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and rewards of running a business. At just twelve years old, I spent countless hours in my father’s automotive shop, observing how he made decisions, solved problems, and navigated the complexities of leadership. Those early lessons shaped my understanding of what it takes to build and grow a business.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—sales, training and development, operations management, finance, and entrepreneur. Each role taught me invaluable lessons, but I didn’t have a guide to show me the way. I learned the hard way, through trial and error, and I know how isolating and overwhelming that can feel.
That’s why I made it my mission to find a better way. Returning to university as a mature student, I earned my MBA to deepen my knowledge and refine my strategies. But my most rewarding experiences haven’t been in my personal achievements—they’ve been in helping others succeed.
